2. All activities, performance evaluations, and decisions taken by Web Haven Media are subject to the final authority of the company management. If the company determines that an individual’s conduct, performance, or work quality does not meet the required standards, the company reserves the full right to suspend or terminate the individual’s account immediately, without prior notice.
3. Web Haven Media may collect basic personal information such as name, contact details, email address, and payment-related information strictly for internal use, training communication, program updates, and service-related purposes. This information is kept confidential and is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
4. A one-time admission or registration fee may be applicable for certain learning or earning programs. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, inactivity, or termination due to policy violations.
5. Any student or participant found offering unauthorized work proposals, misleading opportunities, or engaging in unethical practices with other students will face immediate account deactivation without prior notice. Misbehavior, abusive language, or disrespect toward seniors, mentors, or company representatives will also result in strict action.

   In such cases, the refund policy will not apply to the concerned individual.

6. Web Haven Media does not guarantee or offer permanent employment or job placement. The company primarily provides online marketing knowledge, digital skills, and guided earning opportunities. Any earning potential depends on individual effort, skill development, and market conditions and should not be considered a long-term employment commitment.
7. By registering with or using the services of Web Haven Media, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all company policies, terms, and conditions.
